Blue Bamboo Project Services

Blue Bamboo Project Services was created as a response to the new economy we experienced in 2009. Business owners are looking for creative ways to save time and money. They are trying to reduce overhead and need to spend more time out networking and doing business development rather than being immersed in the daily minutiae of their projects. The new business model has more and more savvy business owners utilizing a “virtual office” environment to minimize costs and also hiring contract/freelance employees to help reduce overhead fees.

This is where Blue Bamboo Project Services steps in to help! We work as contract project managers who focus on the details while also being able to see the big picture and provide strategic value-ads. With a 14 year track record on the marketing side of projects ranging from high tech to real estate investments to producing a radio show, we have experience on the client and agency side. This enables us to provide VIP treatment to all of our clients.

We assist small companies with execution of marketing related projects such as;

  • Client communication
  • Event coordination (seminars, database management, logistics coordination)
  • Direct mail and print media (list sourcing, proofing, ad placement, printing and post office coordination)
  • Online media (web projects, invitations, monthly newsletters, contact databases)
  • Business writing (press releases, ghost writing, magazine articles, blog posts)
  • Social media set up and assistance (Facebook & Twitter)
  • Process documentation (technical writing, flow charts and process training)

    I am interested in your services on how to get your message out there. I have the mentality of a non-profit executive director, and that can at times hinder my thinking of asking for big money, like my film making. I wrote grants, and really did not hit the ground running for donor money or corporate money for my film. Idaho’s Forgotten War was part of the Smithsonian Travel Journey Stories, and Idaho PBS and now on to the American Indian Film Festival in SFrancisco. What is your consultation fee? And can we meet for information on your pricing? Thanky you. Sonya Rosario
